This could be achieved by adding a Discover tab in the TestFlight app, providing a platform for developers to showcase their small projects without the need to touch the App Store. Additionally, expanding the 10,000 user limit on TestFlight and allowing developers to request more testers for successful apps would be beneficial.
However, simply changing review guidelines may not be enough to reduce the number of vibe-coded apps. People's creativity and desire to create will always be present. Apple should focus on developing a better distribution solution that maintains the App Store's high quality while accommodating small projects. A more user-friendly TestFlight sharing process could be a significant step in this direction.
In my opinion, Apple should consider the following:

- Expanding TestFlight's capabilities to include a discovery process and a higher user limit.
